At North Star Quilt Shop, we want you to be inspired by every stitch; if your fabric or quilting supplies aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unwashed condition and free from smoke or pet odors to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your fabric and place it back in its original packaging along with a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned materials, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
